  • We recommend submitting your transport request at least one week before your desired pickup date. While you can provide your information earlier, securing a carrier more than seven days in advance is not advised.

  • DIY Customers: The rate is a flat $100, regardless of the number of vehicles you need a quote for.

    Concierge Clients: With our concierge service, pricing is negotiated and determined per vehicle.

  • Carrier availability changes quickly as they fill spots on their trucks. Therefore, carrier information is only guaranteed for 24 hours. If it has been less than 24 hours and your assigned carrier is no longer available, contact us at info@eccrockerlogistics.com, and we’ll assist you in securing another carrier.

  • Yes, your card is charged at checkout.

    DIY Customers: You will receive your requested quote. No refunds available.

    Concierge Customers: You will be charged the broker fee of $350 up front. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours in advance of scheduled pick up. Invoice for payment will be sent via email.

  • DIY Clients: No, refunds are not available. The fee covers vetted carrier information tailored to your specific pickup and delivery details. Whether or not you proceed with booking the transport is entirely your decision.

    Concierge Clients: If there’s a need to cancel once transport has been scheduled, the total fee is refunded less $200. Rescheduling is done at no charge but be mindful there may be a price increase due to choosing another carrier.

  • DIY Customers: While we cannot guarantee a specific number, most receive at least two vetted carriers. However, if your pickup or delivery location is in a remote area, the number of available carriers may be more limited.

    Concierge Clients: Customers will receive information for the lowest priced carrier who meets your specific needs.

  • No, we do not offer transport services for non-operable vehicles or those purchased from auctions.

  • DIY Customers: Once you select a carrier and agree on a price, we strongly recommend paying at delivery—never before pickup. Carriers typically accept various payment methods, including PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.

    Concierge Clients: In addition to the carrier fee, we charge a broker fee of $350. For example, if the carrier fee is $550, the total amount would be $900 ($350 broker fee + $550 carrier fee). A hold of $900 will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking, and your card will be charged when the vehicle is picked up.

  • Carriers will contact the designated pickup and delivery contacts 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm the scheduled times for both pickup and delivery.
